Welcome to Chris Armenia Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern all tour bookings, transfer services, custom travel packages, and lodging assistance provided by Chris Armenia Tours.

By requesting a tour quote, booking a private excursion, using our transfer services, or submitting a reservation form through our website or direct communication channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All prices quoted on our website or provided in direct quotes are transparent, with no hidden booking fees.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We aim to keep our cancellation policy as flexible as possible:

Because all our tours are private, we embrace flexibility during the journey. If you wish to spend more time at a monastery, stop for photos along scenic mountain routes, or try a local tavern, Chris will happily adjust the pace.

Major route alterations requested on the day of travel that involve significant extra distance or additional overnight stays will be agreed upon with you prior to modification.

Guests are expected to treat local sites, historical monuments, local communities, and guides with respect.

Seatbelt usage is mandatory in all our vehicles. Chris Armenia Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disruptive, illegal, or hazardous behavior during a tour.

While our vehicles undergo regular mechanical inspection and passenger insurance is maintained in accordance with Armenian transport regulations, guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance covering personal health, lost luggage, and trip interruptions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.
