A Lifetime of Learning Brought Home
My connection to this land runs deep. I am of Armenian origin, but I was born and raised in the Middle East, living between Syria and Lebanon.
Growing up in the vibrant Armenian diaspora, my passion for our heritage started early. It was there that I formally studied Armenian literature, national and church history, and culture. My greatest joy became exploring the rich history of the countries I lived in, and naturally, that evolved into guiding and showing those magical places to others.
When I finally made Armenia my home, my lifetime of study came to life. I realised that the best parts of Armenia are not just found in standard guidebooks — they live within the sacred architecture of our ancient monasteries, the depth of our literary traditions, and the profound historical narratives I spent years learning about from afar.

Because of my unique background as a member of the diaspora who came home, I bring both a deep academic appreciation and a profound personal love to every journey. I do not just show you the sights — I bring the stories behind them to life.

With total calm, he took us to a stunning nearby monastery while he worked his magic behind the scenes. Thanks to his persistence, we eventually made it into Rot54 and the experience was incredible. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Don’t hesitate—he’s the one!”
